Klove takes pride in every high-quality handmade strap we produce, and hence we regret that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
Should you find that your product defective, please send us an email within 5 days of receiving your item so we can proceed with the exchange. Should the item no longer be available, you can opt for a refund or to exchange for another item of the same value. Should you choose an item of a lower value, the difference will be returned to you in the form of an online voucher only as we do not refund in cash. Should you choose an item of higher value, you will have to top up the difference accordingly.
